Privacy Policy
How Pl8ypus handles website data.
This policy covers the public Pl8ypus website and general contact forms. It does not replace separate privacy notices for specific tools, such as the Social Scheduler AI Build.
Last updated: 3 August 2026.
What is collected
When you use a Pl8ypus contact form, the form may collect your name, email address, enquiry type, message, the page the form was submitted from, and basic technical delivery metadata handled by the form provider.
How it is used
Contact form data is used to respond to enquiries, discuss potential projects, manage follow-up, and keep a basic record of legitimate business communication. It is not used for ad targeting, profiling, or model training.
Form provider
The public website contact forms are submitted through Formspree. Formspree processes the form submission so the message can be delivered to the Pl8ypus inbox.
Client and project data
Public website pages may describe anonymised project patterns, architecture, or outcomes. Client-specific secrets, private URLs, access rules, implementation details, and confidential data are not intentionally published on the public website.
Retention
General enquiry messages are retained only as long as useful for follow-up, business records, or project context. You can ask for your enquiry information to be deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information shared through the website contact form by contacting Greg through the site.
Separate tool policies
Specific tools may have their own privacy notes where needed. The Social Scheduler AI Build has a separate LinkedIn-app privacy policy because it relates to authenticated LinkedIn publishing workflows.
